After my kids and husband were fast asleep last night, I stayed up to sew. I have had a couple projects in mind and just no time to get sewing! Wanna see what I made???
A diaper clutch!
The front:
It easily holds a container of wipes and 5 size 3 diapers- it could hold more if I wanted to stuff it full.
I added a yo-yo fabric flower to the front using my glue gun. Easy peasy!
This was a project that I made up as I went. I'm not an expert at sewing so sometimes the idea doesn't go exactly as planned. But I love the finished result of this project and I can't wait to make more!!
So, is anyone interested in having me post a tutorial?? If there's enough interest I will happily post one soon.

ReplyDeleteThis is so cute! I've been thinking about making the little bag style ones, but I think I like this idea better. I have been making tons of stuff for friends who have been having babies and my niece! Plus I need practice so when I have a kid I've got the cutest stuff! :)
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't mind a tutorial - it's a sweet clutch, and since my kids are 20ish years past the diapering stage I forget the sizes of the dipes and wipes! I could make some of these for the nieces/nephews who are now at the off-spring producing stage :D
