Yesterday I whipped us this bag for my daughter to take trick-or-treating using a gift bag from Michael's that was $1.49 and some scraps of scrapbook paper.

I inked and distressed the edges, added the letters, and then some stick-on pearl embellishments. I tied some pink tulle to the top. The project took about 5 minutes, including clean-up! So easy & I think it will be fun with her ballerina emsemble!
